Practical answers
Starting and placement
How the free session work and how we choose the right level.
Are classes live and one-to-one?
Yes. Each learner studies live with one teacher, with correction and feedback during the lesson.
Can I start as a complete beginner?
Yes. The first free session is used to identify your real starting level and recommend the right route.
Can I join a class for free before committing to a course?
Yes. We offer free trial sessions to all prospective students, so you can experience our teaching methods and meet your teacher before you enroll. To book, use the free trial page or contact our support team.
Do I need to pay or enter card details for the free session?
No payment or card details are needed to book the free session.
How is my level assessed?
Your teacher listens to your reading and checks your Tajweed and Arabic basics. They then recommend the course and starting point that fit you, so you don’t repeat what you already know or skip what you still need.
How can I apply for the course?
Give us a call, message us on WhatsApp, or fill out the contact form. The team will arrange your free sessions and help you choose a course.
What happens after the free sessions?
If you’re happy, we agree on a course, a schedule and a plan with you. There is no pressure, and you’re free to decide at your own pace.
What do I need to join a lesson?
A computer, tablet or phone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to study. Headphones are recommended for clearer sound.
Can I join from my phone?
Yes. A phone works, but a tablet or computer gives you a bigger screen for reading the Mushaf and lesson materials.
What if my connection drops during a lesson?
Just rejoin the same link. If a lot of lesson time is lost because of a technical problem on our side, we’ll make it up.
Are online sessions recorded?
Yes, for quality control, but it is up to you. You can ask us to record your sessions or not to record them.
Is it safe for my child to learn online?
Yes. Lessons take place through a private link, and teachers are carefully vetted. Parents are welcome to sit in on the lessons, and sessions can be recorded for your peace of mind if you wish.
