Quran House Online Academy and Our Qualified Native Quran Teachers

Quran House is an online Quran academy helping children and adults read, recite, and understand the Quran with confidence. Our qualified teachers include Egyptian and Al-Azhar-educated instructors, both male and female, many holding Ijazah certification in recitation.

Each learner follows a structured path suited to their level, usually starting with the Noorani Qaida Course before moving into the Quran Reading Course. Quran tutoring online saves families commuting time and keeps lessons consistent through busy school and work weeks.

Connected curriculum

What Quran Skills Students Study with Our Online Quran Teachers

Our reading curriculum moves step by step, so no student is rushed. Each stage below builds directly on the one before it, whether the learner is five or fifty.

  1. Arabic Letters and Their Correct Sounds

Your child starts by recognizing every Arabic letter and producing its correct sound. Teachers give extra attention to letters non-Arabic speakers find difficult, such as ع, ح, ق, and ض, which have no English equivalent.

  2. Short Vowels and Joining Letters Smoothly

You will learn the Fatha, Kasra, and Dammah, then practise joining letters into syllables and short words. This stage suits complete beginners and adults who can recognize letters but still read slowly or hesitantly.

  3. Long Vowels and Madd Letters

Your child learns how Alif, Waw, and Ya stretch a sound, and how long to hold each one. Getting vowel length right early prevents meaning errors that become hard habits to correct later on.

  4. Reading Words with Sukoon and Shaddah

You will practise stopping a letter with Sukoon, doubling it with Shaddah, and reading Tanween endings correctly. These marks appear on almost every line of the Mushaf, so mastering them makes real reading possible.

  5. Moving from Noorani Qaida to the Mushaf

Once the Qaida is complete, your child begins reading directly from the Mushaf, usually starting with Juz Amma. Teachers choose short, familiar Surahs first, so early success builds confidence and a genuine love for reading.

  6. Core Tajweed Rules for Everyday Recitation

You will be introduced to essential rules such as Noon Sakinah, Meem Sakinah, and Qalqalah through practical recitation rather than theory. Learners wanting deeper study can continue with our Tajweed Course for non-Arabic speakers.

  7. Word by Word Reading for Better Accuracy

Through our Word-by-Word Quran Reading approach, your child reads each word slowly and clearly before joining full verses. This method suits hesitant readers and helps teachers pinpoint exactly where a pronunciation mistake is happening.

  8. Reading Fluency and Correct Stopping Points

You will learn where to pause and stop in a verse, respecting Waqf signs so the meaning stays intact. Regular timed reading then builds natural fluency, supported further by our Quran Reading Fluency Course.

What Students Achieve with Our Expert Quran Tutors

Every stage with our expert Quran Tutors has a clear goal you can see and hear. Here are the results families notice most once regular classes become part of weekly life.

Reading Any Page of the Mushaf Independently

Students progress from spelling out letters to reading a full Mushaf page without help. Parents often notice this first when their child recites confidently at home, reading verses aloud without waiting for correction.

Applying Core Tajweed Rules with Confidence

Learners apply rules such as Ghunnah, Idgham, and Qalqalah naturally while reading. Teachers check each rule during recitation, so correct Tajweed becomes a habit rather than a list of memorized definitions.

Correct Pronunciation of Difficult Arabic Letters

Students clearly distinguish between similar sounds, such as ح and ه or ق and ك. Clear articulation protects the meaning of the words and gives adult learners real confidence when leading family prayers.

Reciting Short Surahs Accurately in Prayer

Most students memorize and correctly recite Al-Fatiha and several short Surahs from Juz Amma during reading classes. Those wishing to go further can continue naturally into our Quran Memorization Course with a specialist Hifz teacher.

How a class runs

A Typical 30 Minute Class with Your Online Quran Teacher

Every session follows the same clear rhythm, so learners always know what comes next.

Warm-up and Revision of the Previous Lesson

The class opens with a quick greeting and revision of the last lesson. Muraja'ah at the start shows the teacher what has stuck, what needs another look, and where to begin today.

Introducing the New Lesson

The teacher introduces a new letter group, rule, or page portion, first reciting it clearly. The student then repeats slowly, following the teacher's model until the sounds feel comfortable and natural to produce.

Correction and Tajweed Practice

The student reads independently while the teacher listens closely, correcting mistakes gently and immediately. Difficult letters are repeated with guidance on tongue and throat position until the student pronounces them accurately.

Homework and Feedback for Parents and Students

The teacher sets a short practice task for the days between classes, such as reading a page twice daily. Parents of younger students receive brief feedback on progress and areas needing attention.

After every class

What Every Student Takes from Each Lesson with Our Quran Teachers

After each class, students leave with one new skill practised correctly, clear revision homework, and honest feedback. Over weeks, these small steps add up to steady, visible progress in reading and recitation.

Why Quran House

Reasons Families Around the World Choose Quran House Teachers

Scheduling in Your Own Time Zone

Whether you follow Eastern Time, GMT, AEST, or Gulf Standard Time, class times are arranged around your clock. Evening classes after school and early morning slots before work are both possible.

Classes That Fit Busy School and Work Weeks

Weekend classes suit families whose weekdays are packed, whether your weekend falls on Saturday and Sunday or on Friday and Saturday, as in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Part-time options keep learning realistic.

Access to Qualified Native Arabic-Speaking Teachers

Many families live far from a qualified native Quran teacher. Our Egyptian and Azhari instructors speak Arabic natively and are experienced with non-Arabic speakers, so correct pronunciation comes from someone who produces it naturally.

Male and Female Teachers for Every Family

Sisters, mothers, and daughters can learn with female Quran teachers, while brothers and sons can choose male teachers. This choice helps every family member feel comfortable and focused throughout their lessons.

Safe Learning from the Comfort of Home

Children learn in a familiar space while parents stay close by and can listen in. There is no travel in bad weather or late evening traffic, and lessons continue even during school holidays.

Clear Progress Tracking After Every Lesson

Teachers share regular feedback so parents know exactly where their child stands. Adult learners see their own progress through completed Qaida lessons, pages read fluently, and Tajweed rules applied correctly.

“My experience with Quran House Academy has been truly amazing, standing out as one of the best academies I've attended despite trying many others. I have already seen clear improvements in my tajweed, and for the first time, I am able to learn the in-depth meanings behind surahs. The classes are never boring or overly strict; they are always entertaining, and the teacher is calm, fun, and easy to talk to.”

Mustafa

“My experience with this academy has been really amazing. I had been to a lot of Quran classes before, but they just weren't a good fit for me until I found this Quran Academy, which turned out to be the best one I could ever ask for. It helps me memorize the Quran in a fun and effective way. Previously, I didn't know much Quran and felt hesitant, but now I feel great when my friends ask me to recite because I have memorized so much. The teachers are fantastic—they make the learning process easy, fun, and fast while being incredibly supportive. Another great advantage is the reward system that keeps me motivated. Overall, it has made a huge difference in my Quran memorization journey.”
